Eligibility & Timing

• Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of delivery (online orders) or within 14 days of purchase (in-store).

• Items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging (including dust bag and shoe box).

• Shoes showing signs of wear, damage, or marked soles will not be accepted. Please try them only on a clean carpeted surface or the dust bag provided.

• All returns are subject to assessment by our team.

Fees & Processing

• All returns are subject to a $9.95 handling fee.

• Please allow up to 12 business days after we receive your package for returns to be processed.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Elizée reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you, a shipping fee of $15.00 will be charged.
