How do I make a return?

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and relevant details for assistance. If your order is eligible, we will issue a return label and provide further instructions.

Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 days of delivery (online orders) or within 14 days of purchase (in-store). Items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging (including dust bag and shoe box). Shoes show

How can I track my return?

Once you have shipped your item, you can track the status of your return using the tracking number on the return label provided at the time of your return request. Please note: There is a $9.95 handling fee.

Where can I drop-off my package for return?

Can I return Final Sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return. We can donate it for you, or you can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
